Brian Lafond specializes in the representation of tenants’ interests for Gola Corporate Real Estate in the Philadelphia Central Business District and suburban markets. Mr. Lafond provides site selection, facility planning, lease and purchase negotiations and lease administration services for his clients.
Mr. Lafond joined Gola in 1998 upon graduating from Ursinus College. Mr. Lafond is currently pursuing a masters degree in Business Administration at Drexel University. He is a member of ATR (Alliance of Tenant Representatives) and is an associate member of IDRC. Mr. Lafond holds a Pennsylvania real estate license.
