Brian Kelly is Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader in the Savills Seattle office. Throughout Brian’s career he has been passionately advocating the tenant’s position and has been involved in significant and complex lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions and terminations. His in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach with driving strategy, financial analytics and lease negotiations have uncovered opportunities and solutions that exceed common market expectations.
His strong work ethic and client-first mentality and accountability provide a level of service that has cemented long-term relationships with many notable companies including Smartsheet, Expedia, Parametric, Terrapower, Wells Fargo and T-Mobile, as well as more recent relationships with companies like Ai2, SpaceX, Nintex and VMware. Recently, from 2017 to 2020 Brian completed more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions.
Brian joined Savills in 2020 from Washington Partners, where he had been a founding partner. He had been a senior vice president at Steven C. Johnson & Associates, where he spent five years prior to launching Washington Partners.
Brian is transitioning from elementary school commission boards and coaching kids team sports to a supporting role for the executive team of The Healing Center as well as becoming more involved with the Washington State Chapter Alzheimer’s Association and the Mountains To Sound Greenway Trust.
Brian enjoys running, hiking, back country skiing, international travel and an occasional round of golf.
