Brian Eric Kantor is a proud to be a Native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. He has experienced first-hand the changes that have taken place over the last two decades. The rebirth of South Beach, the growth of Aventura, the development of the mid-town and Wynwood areas. He is familiar with the demographics and the history of South Florida. Brian has grown up amid the cultural wave that has swept Miami. He is also a survivor of 1992’s Hurricane Andrew, which resulted in the loss of his family home and the regrowth of the Kendall area. A University of Miami graduate with a BS in Psychology and minor in Business Law, Brian melds his mind for business with his understanding of people. In 2002, he seamlessly transferred his keen interpersonal skills and stellar sales and marketing track record to real estate.
For the past 15 years, Brian has also served as an employee, and community liaison to multiple entities that provide outstanding services in the community, such as finding affordable housing for those in need. He is very involved in charity organizations that provide services to children and adults who have no resources. He is committed to giving back to others and to the community. At the present time, Brian is raising his family in the North Miami Beach area, enjoying all that the Florida lifestyle has to offer. He currently holds the position of Executive Vice President FIP REALTY SERVICES. He has developed the commercial and residential brokerage, while expanding brokerage performance and is among the top 5 % viewed profiles on Trulia.
