Brian is an accomplished senior real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and property operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield since 2022, he oversees a diverse portfolio of approximately 20 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets across Greater Los Angeles and San Diego. His role involves managing client relationships, fostering business development, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring seamless property operations.
Prior to his current role, Brian held significant leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Lincoln Property Company from 2014 to 2021. During his tenure, he managed a $1 billion retail portfolio spanning 12 states, significantly increasing leasing activity by surpassing 3 million square feet leased. He also played a key role in the acquisitions committee, further solidifying his strategic expertise.
Before that, Brian served as Director and Retail Team Leader at CIII Asset Management (now Greystone) from 2010 to 2014, where he led the management of a national portfolio valued at $2 billion. In this capacity, he leased over 2 million square feet and was promoted to Director and Team Leader in 2012. Earlier in his career, Brian was Vice President of Asset Management at RREEF / Deutsche Bank, overseeing a $1 billion retail portfolio and surpassing 1 million square feet leased. With a career spanning over three decades, Brian has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong track record of success in asset management across multiple real estate sectors.
