A seasoned veteran with over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Brian brings a wide array of skills and knowledge to Velocity Retail Group. Brian is also well- versed in all aspects of the Phoenix and Tucson markets, providing strategic insight working with notable best-in-class retail clients and Landlords on a local and regional basis.
He specializes in tenant representation for numerous national retailers and restaurants executing their growth strategies. He also teams with The Gast Team at Velocity representing numerous Landlords in the Phoenix and Tucson Markets. He serves as the Associate Broker in our Tucson Office.
Brian possesses expansive knowledge of the market and has extensive understanding in the art of successful negotiations. He garnered strong relationships throughout his lengthy career and is recognized for providing superior customer service to his clients.
He attended the University of Arizona and has a bachelor’s degree in Management. He is also an active member of numerous civic organizations including DM50 (Past President), Metropolitan Pima Alliance (Past President) and The Centurions (Past President). He is a lifelong U of A Wildcat Basketball fan, and also enjoys cycling, skiing, and just about anything outdoors related.
