Mr. Godau is a First Vice President based in the Saddle Brook, New Jersey
office. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate advisory and
transaction experience for investors and corporate occupiers. Brian is an
office specialist focusing on commercial real estate in the New York Tri-State
area. He utilizes a consultative approach when representing occupiers,
investment clients and landlords. Brian continues to develop and implement
short-term and long-term real estate strategies for a diverse client base. He
has represented various Fortune 500 occupiers, institutions and privately-held
companies with the leasing and disposition of their real estate holdings.
Brian’s ability to strategize on behalf of his clients, his attention to customer
service and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create

Prior to joining CBRE, Brian was the Real Estate Manager for State Farm
Insurance for seven years, where he managed more than 60 buildings in
