Professional Background
Brian D. Glaser is president of the Commercial Retail DFW Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the U.S. The division offers commercial real estate brokerage services relating primarily to retail properties. The division specializes in retail and commercial site selection, sales and leasing, retail tenant representation for restaurants, banks and other freestanding users and general brokerage work.
Glaser is responsible for directing the activities of the division’s associates in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as bringing in new clients. He will also work with the company’s managing director on the management, training and hiring of commercial real estate brokers.
As a broker, Glaser ranked as one of Weitzman’s top brokers statewide for 2003. He has been a consistent top producer with the company since joining it in 1996, and he also is ranked as one of the top-producing brokers in the Metroplex.
Honors and Awards
Glaser is a consistent statewide top producer for The Weitzman Group, having ranked in the Top 10 five times in only six years with the company. He is one of the Dallas/Fort Worth area's most successful retail real estate brokers, according to a "Heavy Hitters" ranking by the Dallas Business Journal. Glaser has been ranked as a Heavy Hitter, based on production, every year since 1998.

Glaser is active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Council, the Associate Leadership Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Restaurant Association.
Education
Glaser received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
