With more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience, Brian focuses on delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produce superior results and create outstanding risk mitigated opportunities for his clients.
As a Managing Director in JLL’s Minneapolis office, Brian is responsible for overseeing growth and strategic direction in the Minneapolis market. In addition, he provides commercial real estate advisory for both portfolio and complex singular real estate transactions. This includes strategic real estate planning, portfolio optimization, investment management, transaction management including multi-city (regional, national, and global), financial, and overall work-flow management for real estate projects. Growing up in a family who developed and invested in real estate projects, Brian also provides investment and capital markets insight, underwriting, and execution for clients and investors.
