Bio
Brian graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2001 and immediately began working for the New York Mets in the corporate sales department where he worked for two seasons with clients including Sprint, Paine Weber and several Manhattan-based law firms.
Brian’s career in commercial real estate began in 2002 in New York City focusing on multifamily property acquisitions. In 2004, Brian relocated to South Florida to join the Staubach Retail Services brokerage team representing clients including Verizon Wireless, FedEx Kinko’s, CVS and Target.
In 2009, he joined Centre-Line and has helped grow the company to what it has become today. Brian specializes in tenant representation throughout South Florida as well as representing property owners on development and redevelopment projects in both the urban core and suburban markets in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. His clients since joining Centre-Line have included Panera Bread, Harbor Freight Tools, Chase Bank, Regis Salons, Just Salad, Goldman Sachs, TA Realty, LaSalle Investment Management, RAM Realty Advisors and Orion Real Estate Group just to name a few.
Brian has a Florida Real Estate License, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and lives in Coconut Grove with his wife and two children.
