Brian Dodd, Ph.D. is the broker as well as an active Realtor. He enjoys everything about real estate: helping experienced or novice investors, first time or seasoned buyers, move-up or move-over sellers. In addition to supervising the brokerage, he also steers the property management company (managing about 75 properties). Married to Ingrid for 33 years, they have two grown daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys the St. John’s river, birding with Ingrid and working with his hands. His Ph.D. is in Greco-Roman antiquity. When he is asked the relevance of that he quips, “The Romans had a lot of real estate.”
