Brian Chun began his career as a structural engineer after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. He then obtained a M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He has been in construction since 1992 and founded New Creation Builders in 1999. As an engineer and a contractor, he has both designed and built structures ranging in all sizes and materials.
Because of his extensive knowledge of engineering and construction issues, he has been appointed to work for construction lawyers as a consultant on construction defect claims.
He also has more than twenty years of experience in real estate investment and development projects. Leveraging his expertise in structural engineering and real estate development, Brian has become an expert general contractor and offers a complete “knowledge-based” service which is very rare in the industry.
