Brian specializes in national tenant representation, site selection and strategic portfolio management in the industrial sector. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Brian has completed lease and sales transactions in excess of $1 billion. Before joining ProVenture, Brian spent 7 years as a Director of Leasing for two REITs in the industrial and healthcare sectors respectively. In both cases, Brian was responsible for the leasing and overall performance of 4,000,000 SF multi-market portfolios. Brian’s combined experience provides his clients with unique strategic insights. His knowledge of the goals and metrics of an institutional landlord, as well as the ability to creatively structure transactions, allow him to customize solutions to meet the goals of his clients.Brian has a BS degree in marketing from Auburn University.
