Bio
Brian Bruzek joined CBRE as First Vice President in 2013 in conjunction with the Fameco Real Estate acquisition. He began his work with Fameco ten years prior in the Investment Sales division, canvassing the greater Philadelphia region for various types of retail opportunities. His primary focus is now on the tenant representation side of the company, working exclusively with Kohl’s Department Stores, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Top Golf, Carmax, Gabe’s, Grocery Outlet, Petco, Books A Million, Second & Charles, Xfinity, and Bank of America among others in their greater Philadelphia expansion programs. Brian has also completed numerous deals with Nordstrom Rack, Panera Bread, Noodles & Company, Office Depot, and Sports Giant.
Additionally, Brian is responsible for a landlord representation portfolio approaching two million square feet, currently representing landlords such as MCB Real Estate, Acadia Realty Trust, Kimco Realty, and High Real Estate Group. During his tenure, Brian has also represented Coastal Equities, Ackrick Associates, and A&C Ventures. He has completed well over three million square feet of transactions in his combined time at CBRE and Fameco.
