Brian Blackmore brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate land development, commercial brokerage and construction management. Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of raw and developed land as well as bank-owned properties, Brian has been a part of developing thousands of acres of land into its highest and best use.
Brian brings experience in all aspects of a real estate development; from due diligence to engineering, through construction and punch out. Being a skillful relationship manager in all facets of the business is what makes Brian stand out in the industry. He is a successful negotiator and creative problem solver; with a strong sense of industry trends, legal ramifications, and business impacts. Brian, along with his partner, Sandy True, comprise The Blackmore Group of Caton Commercial Real Estate Group; and through strategic cooperative brokerage partnerships, have a national reach, serving clients in multiple states across the US. Brian also serves as Senior Vice President of Land Services at NewPath Construction where he brings experience in general contractor services, access to financial solutions for buyers, and budgeting services. New Path also offers Metaverse Design Services. With Metaverse Design Services, clients can get an initial 3D view of how their building, land, and project will look even before it is started and completed. Brian is the owner and principal of Blackmore Land Development Services (BuiLDS) and graduate of Purdue University Calumet with a degree in Construction Technology.
