Bio
Brian brings four decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as a KLNB principal and chair of the firm’s advisory services practice. He provides commercial office leasing, sales, and consulting expertise to landlords and tenants—from leading federal credit unions to expanding professional services firms. Brian thrives on building lasting relationships with his clients and loves working alongside his daughter Melinda.
Prior to joining KLNB, Brian spent 24 years chairing the advisory services arm of GVA Advantis, where he represented professional and corporate clients in local and national leasing, sales, and joint venture transactions. He previously co-founded and served as a managing partner at Larson, Ball & Gould. Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
