The brokerage is located in Clearwater, Florida in the Tampa Bay area, but can work on specific projects statewide and out of state. The brokerage provides commercial, property management and residential services provided by excellent associates. Development experience includes the sole creation and completion of the Marina Bay 880 condo project in Clearwater, Fl in 2022.
As an owner of residential and commercial properties (office, retail and flex properties), hands-on experience is behind every decision. We have evolved and improved property management efficiency, reporting and improved returns for investors and clients.
