Mr. Adams has been a Vice President at KIK Investments since 2015. His primary duties include sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions and financings, asset management of portfolio properties and oversight of general company operations. Prior to working at KIK Investments, Mr. Adams spent five years at First Potomac Realty Trust (“FPO”) in Bethesda, MD working in acquisitions, finance and portfolio management. His most recent position was as a Portfolio/Asset Manager of FPO’s Virginia portfolio which at times consisted of over 6.2 million square feet of office, industrial and business park space with a market value close to $1 billion. Prior to working as a Portfolio Manager, he was an Investment Analyst where he contributed to the acquisition of 1.2 million square feet of office buildings, new developments and other structured finance products with a market value of over $800 million. Before his time at First Potomac, Mr. Adams worked as an Analyst at local area real estate brokerage companies NAI KLNB and GVA Advantis, where he was responsible for financial and market analysis for lease and investment sales
