Brian Ackerman, CCIM, is an executive vice president with Colliers, specializing in capital markets and investment properties. Brian serves as an investment advisor for the acquisition and disposition of office, flex/industrial, healthcare, sale-leaseback, and land transactions. He works in partnership with Los Angeles based capital markets team led by vice chairman Sean Fulp, head of office capital markets for the Southwest. Together, they are focused on cross market transactions and helping clients make informed capital market decisions. Brian has worked on the sale of nearly every property type and brings a wide variety of perspectives and experience to clients. He is dedicated to establishing trust, building long lasting relationships, and representing each client with a positive attitude and personalized approach. With access to world class proprietary software and a keen analytical acumen, Brian easily converts necessary data to targeted, digestible analyses, allowing his clients to quickly meet their goals. Brian has worked in the Greater Phoenix commercial real estate brokerage field since 2001 and has been involved in approximately $3 billion in transactions and the sale of nearly 20 million square feet of space, involving institutional and private equity investors. Prior to joining Colliers, Brian served as managing director at Jones, Lang, LaSalle (JLL), where he spent more than 12 years leading a successful team of commercial real estate brokers. Brian also was a director a Cushman & Wakefield prior to JLL where he advised clients and brought in clientele across all business lines, including agency representation, tenant representation, debt/financing, property management, and construction management.
