Brett opened CAST Nevada with his retail commercial real estate team, CNR Retail, in 2023. Prior to CAST, Brett worked at Colliers International for eight years and began his career in commercial real estate with SVN The Equity Group in Southern Nevada. He has spent over a decade in the industry assisting his clients by providing market knowledge, expertise in negotiations, and helping them expand into multiple markets. Brett specializes in retail and F&B for the Las Vegas Strip, mixed-use properties, adaptive reuse developments, and tenant representation.
Brett is a partner in the redevelopment of the Intersection at Commerce and Main Street in Downtown Las Vegas. He is also working on redeveloping an office project into an upscale lifestyle shopping center in Green Valley Ranch called The Cliff, which will have a strong emphasis on culinary dining, entertainment, luxury retail shops and services for the community.

Brett was previously the Director of Real Estate for The Chicken Shack, a Las Vegas chicken restaurant serving fingers, wings, and fries since opening in 2005. He helped grow the company to over 30 locations in 8 States. In 2022, The Chicken Shack was voted into the Top 40 Hottest Startup Fast Casual restaurants in QSR Magazine.
Brett is an ICSC member, and active as a NAIOP Southern Nevada member having graduated from the Developing Leaders Institute in 2016. Brett is a third generation native of Las Vegas, an Alumni of Green Valley High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor in Communication Studies.
