He has an extensive history in landlord and tenant representation in both the office and medical field. Brett has an ambitious personality with a knack for finding cost effective solutions to meet his clients needs.
Today Brett is involved in the representation, marketing and oversight of a large portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet which includes notable office buildings such as 8 Penn Center, The Land Title Building, Medical Tower, 800 Enterprise, Jenkintown Plaza, Twinning Office Center, and more. In addition to his work in landlord representation, Brett currently represents a number of tenant’s throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvanian, and the North East region.
