Bio
Brett Baillio was licensed in 1979. He has owned and operated multiple full-service real estate brokerage companies such as Comprop, Inc. (1982) and Balco Properties (1984). Brett is involved in the sale and development of land for investment, single/multi family, and commercial development in the San Antonio area, as well as the sale of apartment complexes, hotels, retail centers, office buildings, and industrial buildings.
Brett is a past member of TAR, The San Antonio Builder's Association, the Northside Chamber of Commerce, the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, the Board of Realtors Commercial Division, and the San Antonio Area Youth Soccer League. He and his wife Sue have two children and twin grandchildren.
