Brent Wayburn is a First Vice President with the CBRE Retail Advisory Group in Chicago and has been in the industry for over 16 years. Brent specializes in tenant representation throughout the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. His far-reaching knowledge of the local landscape and enthusiastic approach provides his clients with first-class service.
Brent’s expertise spans a wide range of regional, national, and global retailers in guiding their market expansion strategies, transaction management and deal negotiation. Brent has been fortunate to have collaborated with a wide array of retailers including: Capital One, Citibank, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Timeout Market and Floyd’s 99 Barbershop to name a few.
Brent also has a proven track record in aiding developers, property owners, and landlords in groundup development, storefront leasing, land sales, and disposition. His clients include Shorewood Development Group, GW Properties, Lennar, GMX, GGP, Newcastle Limited, Northpond Partners, and Centrum Properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Brent Wayburn was a Director with the Cushman & Wakefield Retail Services Group in Chicago. Prior to that, Brent served as Vice President at Metro Commercial Real estate.
