Brent Baldwin currently serves as a partner at McMahon, Baldwin and Associates, Inc. His broad knowledge in the appraisal of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and residential property types provide a solid foundation in the understanding of both commercial and residential real estate. Baldwin has over 30 years’ experience in a variety of valuation services, including commercial, industrial, residential and condemnation appraisals.
Brent Baldwin holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute along with a certified general appraisal certification in Illinois and Colorado. He has a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. He is an approved appraiser with the Illinois Department of Transportation, Veterans Administration and HUD. Baldwin has testified in numerous district courts as well as federal court as an expert witness over the past 30 years.
