Co-Founder of MarketLink Commercial, Brent is a trusted advisor to his clients and a recognized leader amongst Florida’s retail brokerage community. Prior to starting MarketLink, Brent spent 14 years with Atlantic Retail where he served as Principal and primarily focused on national tenant and landlord representation. During his career Brent has exclusively represented many top-tier national tenants including Aldi, Planet Fitness, Bloomin Brands, Pollo Tropical, Vitamin Shopppe, Zoe’s Kitchen, and First Watch. His extensive market knowledge and broad relationship network have enabled him to successfully execute statewide development strategies for many of his clients. Conversely, he’s also worked closely with many regional and national developers/ landlords, where he oversaw the leasing of various ground-up retail and mixed-use projects totaling over 2 million square feet.
