Brenna Campbell is a Director for the Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham offices of Newmark, where she is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of multifamily assets including the research of economic drivers, underwriting and performance benchmarking. Prior to joining Newmark, Campbell worked with Colliers International’s East Region Multifamily Advisory Group in the Raleigh office as a Senior Marketing Coordinator/Financial Analyst where she gained experience and industry knowledge in market research and underwriting processes by collaborating with brokers on transactions throughout the Southeast.
