Brendan Walsh is a senior member of the construction team and oversees the operations of new developments in the NJ, NY, Philadelphia, and DC markets. In his fifteen years working with Toll Brothers, Brendan has supervised 13 mid- and high-rise buildings from start to completion.
Brendan has accumulated over 40 years of construction experience. Prior to joining Toll Brothers in 2005, Brendan worked for large CM companies building public and private structures such as the monorail system at the Newark airport, office buildings for companies such as Merck and Block Drug, Princeton University, and MacArthur Mall in Norfolk Virginia.
While working in the field, Brendan earned his Bachelor of Architecture from NYIT. With the practical application of hands-on experience and a design background, Brendan brings a wide breadth of knowledge to the table.
