Bio
Brendan leads Guardian’s land acquisition, land development, and entitlement pursuits. Before Guardian, he led Anthem Properties’ multifamily push into the urban US marketplace, securing approvals for notable projects in downtown Sacramento and throughout the region. His industry leadership includes the Building Industry Association Political Action Committee, prior tenure on the BIA Board of Directors, visiting practicum instructor for the Master of Urban Development program at Sacramento State University, and Planning Commissioner for the City of West Sacramento. Brendan attended Saint Mary’s College and the United States Air Force Academy.
