Brendan specializes in consolidation projects, with over 30 years of experience in industrial real estate, Brendan’s expertise comprises: build-to-suits, buyer and tenant representation, investment sales, lease negotiations, asset repositioning, redevelopment and acquisitions. Formerly, Brendan was a Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions, in the Chicago suburban branch of Cushman & Wakefield. He joined the Industrial Technology Group at Cushman & Wakefield in August 1990. Brendan was employed as an Account Marketing Representative for IBM from 1984-1990, specializing in mainframe applications for manufacturing, real estate, and health related companies.
