Brendan Fisher is a corporate managing director based in the Savills Denver office. Brendan is also part of the Denver leadership team that includes Rick Schuham, Todd Roebken and Greg Bante. An avid tenant representative, Brendan began his commercial real estate career at Savills in 2001. Before returning to Savills in 2017, Brendan served as Cresa Denver’s Chairman and Managing Principal.
Over the course of his more than 15-year career, Brendan has exclusively represented tenants in need of optimal commercial real estate solutions. His areas of expertise include lease negotiation, strategic facility planning, disposition of corporate property, capital markets and financial analysis. Brendan has also represented a diverse range of clients within the Denver metro area and across the country including Vail Resorts, Kiewit Corporation, Dell Corporation, Eide Bailly, Guild Mortgage, AIMCO and The Shane Company.
