Bio
Brendan Egan is Vice President and National Account Manager at Dermody Properties and is responsible for growing relationships with companies looking for logistics properties and with industrial brokers across the nation. He works closely with Dermody Properties’ senior leadership on national development initiatives and also focuses on sourcing build-to-suits for customers.
With more than 30 years of industrial real estate experience, Mr. Egan has managed the development of several million square feet of industrial facilities throughout his career.
Mr. Egan has focused on new Dermody Properties developments in the Reno and Las Vegas industrial markets, putting his experience and knowledge to use in development of projects like the LogistiCenterSM at I-80, LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 1, LogistiCenterSM at 395 Phase 2, LogistiCenterSM Peru Drive, LogistiCenterSM at Silver Lake, LogistiCenterSM at Las Vegas Boulevard and LogistiCenterSM at Cheyenne. Early in his career at Dermody Properties, he also directed the development, marketing and leasing of industrial projects in Indiana and Pennsylvania.
Active in the industrial and commercial real estate community, Mr. Egan is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), Southern Nevada Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the northern and southern Nevada chapters of NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks). He has also spoken at industry events about the industrial real estate environment and trends in the West.
Mr. Egan has taken an active role in the Nevada community, where he has served on the boards of the Desert Research Foundation (DRI) and the Dermody Properties Foundation.
Mr. Egan currently resides in Reno, enjoys golfing and traveling and is an avid runner.
