Braxton Fears is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma and a member of the CCIM Institute. A long time Tulsa native, Braxton is proud to be associated with many hard-working business owners, non-profit corporations, and local governments through his involvement in commercial real estate transactions over the last 16 years. A fourth generation Oklahoman, Braxton has a passion for the great state of Oklahoma.
Braxton is the Senior Managing Director for Capital Commercial Properties. Beginning in 2005 with Trammel Crow Company, Braxton launched in commercial real estate brokerage representing large portfolio leasing projects for nationwide REIT’s such as Rreef, Thackaray Partners, and First Guardian Group. Throughout his career in the commercial real estate field Braxton has completed acquisition, disposition and lease transactions for many entities including Coca-Cola, QuickTrip, Jack in the Box, American Red Cross, The Muscogee Creek Nation, The Tulsa Housing Authority, Meals on Wheels, Walgreens and Cartridge World. Under his leadership Braxton’s team has averaged over $25 Million per year in transaction volume.
