As a senior member of the office & retail groups, Brant represents
several landlords and investors in Hawaii helping them through the
purchase, sell, and lease processes. By working with them to properly
position and market their real estate, he helps attract well-qualified,
long-term tenants with an aim of increasing value for his clients. He
also exclusively represents a number of local and national tenants
throughout the State of Hawaii. Currently, he is responsible for the
sales and leasing of over 500,000sf of retail and office space
throughout Honolulu.
