Brandon Wells is the Co-Founder of Panadium Management, a local Property Management firm, and has experience managing over 1,600 apartment homes in the Indianapolis, Columbus, Ohio and Northern Kentucky markets. Active in the multifamily industry since 2012, Brandon Wells has experience operating a wide range of community types and sizes. He has a proven track record of identifying and addressing deficiencies in operations, value-add opportunities and project management. He holds his Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations and his Indiana Brokers license. Brandon remains active with the local Apartment Association and the local IREM Chapter.
