As a multifamily and commercial real estate investment expert, Brandon advises clients on purchases and sales, with an emphasis on 1031 exchanges, of value-add repositioning, and development opportunities.
Brandon’s brings a tremendous work ethic and creative thought process to every project to help his clients find unique opportunities, unlock value, and execute more successful transactions.
Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Brandon worked with Bay Area high-tech Venture Capital funds as an auditor. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Brandon obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the University of San Francisco. He enjoys cooking and maintains a passion for vintage and exotic motorcars.
