With over twenty-two years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Brandi Spencer has as impressive record of accomplishment in the leasing of industrial, retail and office space in Colorado for various Landlords. She has also assisted third party tenants find their ideal space if the Landlord’s portfolio wasn’t a match. Brandi graduated from Colorado State University with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, and earned her Colorado Real Estate license in 2001. Previously, she was a broker with RE1313, NavPoint Real Estate Group and Real Capital Solutions (formerly Colorado & Santa Fe Real Estate), gaining knowledge and experience while closing deals with national retailers, industrial groups, major research and marketing clients, educational facilities, automotive tenants and more. Brandi also spent a year working with Lauth Property Group in commercial development (2005-2006) where she focused on business development for medical office buildings. In her role as a Leasing agent, Brandi continues to work seamlessly to close deals efficiently and satisfactorily for all involved parties.
With her extensive understanding of the commercial real estate market, Brandi successfully earned the much-acclaimed CCIM credentials in 2007. Brandi attends real estate and networking events, which gives her an insider’s edge in industry insight and market trends allowing both her and deals to adjust to market demands while still fulfilling the needs of both proprietor and clients. Brandi’s hands-on approach to marketing and deal making is both innovative and effective. From canvassing to open houses and business outreach to networking, she strives to give each listed property maximum market exposure to find the right tenants and the right deals. Her value-added leasing and marketing methods (including analyzing the market to fully understand the comparable properties, creatively structuring rental rates over term to complete deals, and quick turnaround time) have proven to be a successful business strategy and have propelled her career in commercial real estate.
