Brandi Hutchinson, Senior Asset Manager for DHI is a seasoned professional with a strong background in affordable housing and property management, displaying over 21 years of dedicated experience.
Brandi has had an ongoing role with DHI since 2008 as a managing agent for many of our communities. Prior to joining DHI Mrs. Hutchinson oversaw a substantial asset portfolio, including LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, Lease Ups through stabilization as well as having experience with Market Rate Communities across the US.
Most recently Brandi held the role of Senior Director with FPI as well as other senior roles throughout her career. Mrs. Hutchinson brings a diverse skill set to DHI, encompassing team leadership, financial management, compliance assurance during audits and inspections, community rehabilitation, training program development, policy implementation, and Yardi proficiency as a back-end user.
