Brandi M. Ho has 18 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker. She began her career as a realtor in 2004, in the residential sector of real estate, specializing in home sales throughout Southwest Washington. In 2005 Brandi began working for the Investment Division at Jenkins and Associates where she became acquainted with the commercial side of the real estate business. She gained experience with Tenants in Common (TIC) transactions, 1031 Exchanges, and Net Leased Investment Properties. She is well versed in all divisions of real estate from residential/single family home sales, retail and office leasing, net leased investment sales, land sales and specifically focuses on land development, multi-family, and investment sales. She has completed more than $500 million dollars in real estate transactions throughout her career and has grown her own portfolio of real estate properties to include a variety of apartments, retail, and office investments nationwide. Brandi was awarded Best in Business as "Best Commercial Real Estate Broker" by the Vancouver Business Journal for 2019 & maintains in the Top Producing Tier, “Platinum Broker” with MAJ Commercial Real Estate.
