Land and Retail brokerage team and the Director for Shell Oil Products Retail account. Focusing on activities within the Americas Region, Brandi liaises with Shell counterparts to uphold a successful business partnership with her teams in US, Canada, and Mexico. Her role as Director is the key focal point for all operational activities within the Americas and drives accountability of the end-to-end service delivery mode.
Brandi led Shell Oil Products in disposing of over 200 sites in North America, totaling more than $200 million in transaction volume. CBRE was awarded the assignment to manage the Shell retail portfolio in relation to its 9,000 petrol filling stations within Asia, EMEA, and North America with Brandi as Director for North America.
Since joining CBRE in 2001, Brandi has worked on projects across the Houston region for clients in the petroleum, retail, and property sectors, including Exxon Mobil, Five Guys, Jack in the Box Comcast/Xfinity, and Seattle’s Best Coffee. She provides clients with market research, extensive site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiation and execution to deliver exceptional client outcomes, including the sale of Lake Houston Marina in Atascocita, Texas.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brandi was a Project Manager for the General Litigation section at Vinson & Elkins, LLP law firm. She began her real estate career with CBRE in 2001 specializing in corporate acquisition and disposition of high traffic, high visibility, fuel sites throughout the United States and Canada.
