An investor, businessman, Lic. RE Sales Ass. SL3297009 and State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser - RD7565. He was born/raised in SWFL where he lives/works today.
His firm, McGuire & Associates, was established in '09 when values began declining rapidly and foreclosures were rampant. He immediately became FHA approved to complete assignments for FHA insured and USDA loans in addition to conv. assignments. However, most appraisal work began shifting away from the purchasing/refinance realm. To make ends meet Brady became proficient in appraisal review & forensic retro review assignments along with retro valuation assignments and began completing more consult services. It was at this time that Brady also began performing exterior ins. risk assessment reports.
Brady later obtained his sales license in '14 and joined his wife by establishing The McGuire Group at REMAX Palm while also maintaining a consistent appraisal workflow at McGuire & Associates. Immediately upon establishing The McGuire Group, sales increased substantially and have been on an upward climb ever since. Priscilla is proficient in English and Spanish and is well versed in the banking/financing, title, and appraisal worlds due to prior working experience. Brady brings forth many years appraisal experience in SWFL combined with years performing ins. assessment inspections and an assortment of resi. cons. trades such as framing, base/trim carpentry, irrigation, etc. Together they have a very unique perspective of the SWFL locale and market.
Today, The McGuire Group is already on track to sell more than $10 Mil. Brady has found that he truly enjoys and finds gratification in helping Buyers buy and Sellers sell. Real estate can be, and usually is, the greatest investment in a person's lifetime. Brady is competent to appraise or assist in the sale/purchase of real estate in all of SWFL.
