Bradley Thompson leads internal and external project teams through entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up phases of luxury multifamily developments in the Mid-Atlantic market. Bradley joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living as a senior project manager leading day-to-day project execution and is now responsible for managing divisional processes, overseeing due diligence efforts, project finances, and execution strategies of multiple projects and regions.
Before joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2019, Bradley worked for Jersey City, New Jersey-based Roseland Residential Trust as Director of Development for their Philadelphia portfolio. In addition, Bradley spent 11 years with Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based LCOR, Inc. developing high-rise residential and commercial properties in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC markets. Formerly, Brad also worked for Turner Construction Company in various roles on commercial projects in the Washington, DC, and Boston, Massachusetts markets.
