Bradford W. Fitzgerald is a graduate of Penn State University. Fitzgerald’s real estate experience was hard earned from the age of 22 when he started a development company called Broward Development Group. They developed townhomes in Victoria Park, Collee Hammock East and Hendricks Isle on Las Olas, within Broward County Florida. Mr. Fitzgerald moved into commercial real estate and joined Royalty Yogurt, at the time owned by Wayne Huizenga, Jr., and became the Vice President in charge of real estate and development. Thereafter, Mr. Fitzgerald became a Managing Partner and Top Producer for McGee & Associates. Then in 1993, The Fitzgerald Group, Inc. was established in their first office on SE 2nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale. In 1999, The Fitzgerald Group opened its second office in Boca Raton.
With four decades of experience within sales, leasing and development of commercial real estate Mr. Fitzgerald has provided his clients with unsurpassed service to include comprehensive advisory services and in-depth market analysis, leading his team to total sales and leasing exceeding 15 billion. Mr. Fitzgerald is a leading expert in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate in the South Florida area. He has been particularly skilled in dealing with real estate development impacting Broward County.
Mr. Fitzgerald has been recognized by numerous organizations within Broward County. He has been recognized by the International Who’s Who of Professionals in 1999. He is a member and has been recognized by his selection as President-Elect of the Society of Commercial REALTORS® (1996 & 2008), Director of the REALTOR® Association of Great Fort Lauderdale (1997), and appointed as an outstanding Broker by the Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (1999). In addition, he was a member of The Rotary Club of Fort Lauderdale, The Commerce Club, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale.
