As a co-leader of Savills Integrated Consulting Strategies (ICS), Brad Wolk actively guides the strategic planning, financial analysis and lease negotiation for some of the firm’s largest clients. His strength in providing advantageous solutions for law firms, financial services companies, fashion/apparel concerns and foreign governments have solidified him as a versatile tenant advisor in the New York market. From financial engineering to unwavering lease negotiations, Brad delivers intelligent and creative real estate solutions for his clients. Having previously served as both an attorney and asset manager, Brad regularly provides clients with insightful legal and financial advisory throughout strategically structured transactions. Brad initially joined Savills in May of 2005 after working for five years in real estate development exclusively representing commercial owners in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of various properties. Today, Brad applies his unique knowledge of the ownership perspective to maximize leverage throughout the tenant representation process. Prior to joining Savills, Brad served as in-house counsel for a New York City-based developer handling acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management/strategy.
