Brad brings over 23 years of experience in retail real estate with a primary focus on providing tenant representation, site selection, site acquisition, and development services. Brad founded Westbrook Real Estate in 2009 with the ambition to create an environment that is both client centered and partnership oriented. His approach has lead to multiple long-term tenant representation and developer relationships including Starbucks (68 transactions), Raving Brand (parent co. to Moe's Southwest Grill, +100 transactions) and Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint (35 transactions).
