After 4 years dominating the market share in his territory Brad took on an interest in Real estate after purchasing an investment residential property. Having the knowledge and experience in the industrial market around the Garland Submarkets, Brad Decided to peruse Commercial Real Estate.
Brad Joined the RYC team July 2022 Brad is highly driven and motivated to succeed in the competitive world of real estate, Brad constantly seeks out new opportunities to grow his business. He is skilled at negotiations and possess a deep knowledge of the real estate market, as well as his local community in which he works.
