As a Broker in Toronto East’s land division, Brad Warren has a vast background in land sales and development over the past 30 years. Brad has assembled large tracks of land, negotiated numerous transactions and joint ventures with many large developers and builders. Brad continues to enjoy good working relationships with many top executives in the real estate development industry.
Brad's involvement in real estate has deep family roots. His grandfather founded Warren Real Estate in 1940 and Mr. Warren joined the family firm to work with his father in 1981. The company specialized in farms, land and development properties in the Scarborough, Markham and Stouffville areas. Mr. Warren has also been involved in the sale and development of various commercial, industrial and residential properties. In 1987, he founded Swan Lake Village in Markham and developed the first major adult lifestyle community in the Greater Toronto Area. He subsequently founded Lifestyle Communities and, under that banner, is responsible for several innovative projects.
Today, Brad has partnered with Earle Ruggles, Associate Vice President, and together they make up the “Land Team” at CW Toronto East Office. With more than 70 years combined experience they have represented many of the key Builder / Developers in Southern Ontario.
