A veteran professional of international real estate with more 25 years of experience in all facets of the industry, Brad specializes in luxury home sales, commercial real estate, and award-winning project marketing. He also has proven faculties in land development and acquisition, residential & resort development, property management and construction. His diverse business background includes numerous joint ventures drawing on his pedigree as the former Business Development Manager for Impark, Canada's largest parking company (more than 5,000 employees). In more recent years Brad was the top producing Broker in Suncadia resort and continues to dominate high-end recreational property sales in Suncadia, Sapphire Skies and throughout the Cle Elum area. His portfolio includes unique property listings in destination markets given his strategic relationships in key feeder cities and an expansive social sphere.
A tenacious representative of his clients, Brad maintains a deep bench of successful transactions that include many challenging shorts sales, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties. He has developed a trusted reputation amongst his peers and investment professionals as the go-to broker for his knowledge, relationships and ultimately, his results. Now as a member of the Sotheby's International Realty network, Brad has expanded his market area to help buyers and sellers throughout the Pacific Northwest and around the globe.
Brad has deep roots in the Seattle and Eastside communities and has a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market dynamics and local economy. He is very active in non-profit associations and is currently VP Development with ZINO Society, past Board of Directors with the Hope Heart Institute and several angel investment groups. A competitive skier between 1980 and 1995, Brad even traveled the world as a principal skier and in ten Warren Miller Ski Movies. Also, an avid golfer, he has attended more than thirty celebrity ski and golf events as a special guest raising millions of dollars for charities while networking with the film and entertainment industry.
