Mr. Sill joined MAA in October 2018 after consulting for over two years with the company through the Post Properties, Inc. merger in 2016. He has over 20 years of retail, office and commercial real estate experience including 15 years with Walmart Stores U.S. & International Real Estate divisions where he led multiple global technology transformation initiatives. Realcomm recognized him as one of the top 15 people to watch in corporate real estate and with a lifetime achievement award for real estate technology. Mr. Sill graduated Cum Laude from Missouri Southern State University with a BSBA in Accounting. He also was the Board Chairman for OSCRE International whose focus is on real estate data standards and governance.
