Prior to joining SSC, he was a VP at a private equity firm focused on mezzanine and preferred equity investments in multifamily real estate. Brad was also a VP at Resource Real Estate, where he was responsible for managing property investments for Resource America, Inc., and was the Head of Asset Management for Resource Capital Corp. Prior to Resource, he was an Associate at Berkadia, managing CMBS and Balance Sheet investments, and an Analyst with Gramercy Capital Corp. Brad received his M.B.A and B.S. from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
