Brad graduated from Asheville High School in 1987, and received his B.A. in finance from N.C. State University in 1991. He began his career in 1992 with the real estate consulting divisions of Arthur Andersen LLP, and later Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA. In these roles, Brad advised corporations on real estate tax planning, asset restructuring, and property acquisition & disposal. His clients included national and multi-national retailers, manufacturers, REITs, insurance companies, developers, and hospitality corps.
Brad’s professional upbringing in the world of corporate consulting has instilled in him the critical importance of client service and satisfaction. Joining Spake Real Estate in October, 2002, he now combines his ten years of experience in commercial real estate consulting with his local market knowledge and strong ties to the Asheville community. Brad lives in south Asheville with his wife and two children.
