Bio
Brad Fox started his business career in the construction industry in 2003 before going on to earn his Bachelor of Business Arts Degree in Marketing from California State University, San Bernardino. As a lifelong Inland Empire resident, he has built lasting relationships with key business owners who have been instrumental in making the Inland Empire the premier distribution hub in the country. He transitioned into the commercial real estate industry in 2012 settling in at NAI Capital Partners focusing his efforts on the industrial sector in the Western Inland Empire Market. Known as the “King of Fontana” amongst his peers, Brad grew up in the city and still lives in the area. Brad joined Voit’s Ontario office in 2018 to access the firm’s superior resources and cadre of experienced Inland Empire specialists. Since then, he has specialized in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation and is known for his depth of market knowledge, thoroughness of approach and dedication to service. Brad is also active with local and institutional investors and developers who rely on him to identify and capitalize on existing property sales as well as land acquisitions for speculative industrial development. Always looking to improve his skills and knowledge of the industry, Brad remains an active member of the AIR and NAIOP, trade groups that focus on training and improving the quality of service offered to commercial real estate occupiers and investors. He also serves as a mentor to other young professionals who have an interest in entering the field and helps fund scholarships for CREW, the premier organization for women in the commercial real estate business.
